Adolescent girls in and out of school are to break their silence about menstrual Hygiene to facilitate their daily duties at work or schooling. They also need contraceptives to prevent new HIV infections and unintended pregnancies. Teenage or Young mothers and vulnerable children improve on their nutrition, enjoy equal rights to health services and peaceful coexistence with their parents and their neighbours without any form of stigma and discrimination. Key and inadequately served populations (Female Sex Workers), people living with HIV (PLHIV) and Trans-gender to access services without discrimination or any form of harassment. Mobile women and young entrepreneurs are facilitated in business and trade to improve their standards of living and contribute meaningfully to socio-economic development of Rwanda and Africa.Adolescent girls
